The CDC of hope Clothes Closet is an outreach program that provides clothing to members of our community who have an immediate need. Some of these needs may include: financial distress through the loss of income, the loss of a home through flood, fire or tornado, or to meet the need of children having been removed from their home as a protective measure.
The Clothing Closet is filled with donated new or quality used clothing. Donated clothing may come from corporate retail donations, government programs or personal gifts to the Closet. Volunteers may serve in clothing collection, laundering, or helping staff the Closet at specific times to accommodate community needs. The Closet will be available primarily through referral by the Jesus’ Peace Ministries ministers or the deacons.
